Chesini Recordman Time Trial
frame from the mid to late 1980s.
The frame is a vintage steel frame and has definitely never been used. There may be a tiny amount of storage wear from the last 25 years, but there are many places where you can see that it has never been completed.
Definitely never mounted: Brakes, seatpost, seatpost binder, bottom bracket, shifter, front derailleur. On all these places you can see that they are like new, with no signs from the components being mounted. For this reason I describe it as new and NOS, although there is a tiny amount of shop wear.
The frame is made from Columbus Cromor tubing. It is made for internal braking and shifting cables and aero shifters.
The color is a classic Ferrari / cherry red, my camera has troubles in showing the color correctly.
The frame is for 700c (28 inches) rear wheels and 26 inches front wheels.
I would judge the frame as excellent and unused with minor signs of storage. There are a few tiny paint chips and from storage. There are of course no cracks or dents.
The chrome is in excellent condition. There is no oxidation on this frame.
The frame is marked at the underside of the bottom bracket lug with "60". The dropouts are Suntour.
Measurements:
The frame is, due to its geometry, not easy to classify. Please judge yourself: It is marked with "60". The frame is about 60.5cm tall (center - top) and 59cm long (center - center). Italian threaded (70mm BB lug). Rear spacing is for 7 speed (125mm).

I am located in Vienna, Austria, EU and ship from here. Although all parcels go by airmail, sometimes it can take a bit longer than expected. An average parcel, e.g. to the USA, takes about 10-14 business days to arrive. Sometimes it can also take 3-4 weeks. There are customs and security checks involved that sometimes delay the shipment.
Especially smaller parcels (up to 1kg), get in many cases upgraded at my costs to priority parcel mail (depends on the weight and destination). Still there is no guaranteed shipping time.
Carriers I use are the Austrian Post, DHL (large parcels) and sometimes smaller carriers like Hermes and GLS. In your country the parcels will be delivered with a local carrier (e.g. USPS in the USA).
